Refunds available on all online courses if you are unhappy with the content. Once a refund has been issued you will no longer have access to member -
only access areas of the website.
Refunds on Digital Products
We do not refund digital products made available in our online store. This is because the information based nature of these products.
Refunds on Digital Marketing Services
If you are unhappy with the quality of your service, we strongly encourage you to contact us as we are always happy to try to resolve the issue. If there is a major flaw with the service you received (i.e. the product does not function as it should; is unfit for it's purpose; does not meet the specific service you asked for and/or cannot be fixed within a reasonable amount of time). We may be able to offer a full or partial refund, please contact within 14 days to request a refund.
Claiming
To receive a refund you must claim your refund within 14 days of purchase of you product. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be issued.

A 48 hour cancellation policy exists for all coaching sessions - cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will not be refunded.
Event Tickets
Event bookings are non-refundable, however you may transfer your ticket to a friend who wishes to attend. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please email us with the ticket number and the name of the person who will be attending in your place at least 3 days prior to the event.
